Bonbori formulations use raw materials of natural origin, some of which come from organic farming (marked with an * in the INCI).
At Bonbori, we do not test either the finished product or the raw materials on animals, in accordance with EU regulations in force.
All Bonbori products are dermatologically tested on sensitive skin before they are marketed.
Currently, the following items are nickel tested < 0.0001%: Ofuro Cleansing Oil, Awa Soft Cleansing Mousse, Taki Moist Lotion, Tsuyadama Cream Moist, Ume Beauty Oil, Mochi Nourishing Lip Balm.
We hope to expand testing to all other products in the future.
Yes, Bonbori products are designed to meet cross-cutting needs regardless of age and skin type, including mature skin. However, if you would like personalized advice, you can contact us via email at info@bonbori.shop or through our social media channels.
Bonbori production takes place exclusively in Italy at certified laboratories.
AIAB stands for Italian Organic Agriculture Association, and its 'Bio Eco Cosmesi AIAB' certification ensures that Bonbori products are produced in compliance with their standards, favoring high-quality raw materials and avoiding the use of substances:
- with poor dermocompatibility;
- characterized by toxicity or potential undesirable effects on humans;
- with poor eco-compatibility;
- of synthetic origin.

As soon as your order is processed, you will receive an email with the tracking code for the shipment.
We do not currently offer payment on delivery.
Shipping costs are 4.99€ for Italy.
Shipping is free for orders over 50€.

If you are not satisfied, it is possible to return the purchased product within 14 working days of its receipt. According to Article 52 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, only items that have not been used in any way and are in the same condition as received (i.e., in their original packaging, complete with all components and accessories, without tampering with any warranty seal) can be returned.
